If you have any other concerns about providing information to us or it being used as described in this Privacy Policy, you should not use our games or other Services.
The Personal Information that we collect is used for providing and improving the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

- To provide, operate, and maintain our games and Services
- To improve and personalise your experience
- To understand how our games are used and fix bugs or errors
- To deliver relevant in-game and in-app advertising through AdMob
- To prevent fraud, cheating, and abuse of our Services
- To send you updates, announcements, or news about our games (with your consent where required)
- To comply with legal obligations
Information Collection and Use
We collect certain information automatically when you use our games and Services. This includes device information and usage data collected through the third-party services listed below. We do not directly collect or store personally identifiable information beyond what these third-party services gather on our behalf.
Third-party service providers used by our apps:
Log Data
When an error occurs in the app, we collect data and information (through third-party services) called Log Data. This may include your device's IP address, device name, operating system version, app configuration at the time of the error, the time and date of your use, and certain unique device identifiers. We use this information to diagnose issues and improve our Services.
Cookies
Cookies are files with a small amount of data commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers, sent to your browser from websites you visit and stored on your device.
Our games do not use cookies directly. However, third-party services we use may employ cookies or similar technologies to collect information. You can accept or refuse cookies through your browser or device settings. Refusing cookies may limit some portions of the Service.
Support Communications
If you contact us by email for support or enquiries, we will retain that correspondence (including your email address and any information you provide) to respond to your request and improve our Services. We do not share this information with third parties.
How We Use Information and When We May Share It
We use the information we collect for internal purposes only, such as to provide and improve our games, to notify you of new products or services, and to otherwise communicate with you. Except as described in this Privacy Policy, we will not disclose your information to third parties without your consent.
Service Providers
From time to time, we may establish a business relationship with other businesses whose privacy practices are consistent with ours ("Service Providers"). We provide our Service Providers with only the information necessary for them to perform services on our behalf. Service Providers are prohibited from using your information other than as specified by us.
Other Transfers
We may share personal information with businesses under common control with us. If our company is merged, acquired, or sold, we may disclose or transfer such information in connection with that transaction. You will have the opportunity to opt out of any such transfer if the new entity plans to handle your information in a way that differs materially from this Privacy Policy.
We cooperate with government and law enforcement officials to enforce and comply with the law. We may disclose Personal Information and other information if we have a good faith belief that it is reasonably necessary to satisfy any applicable law or legal process, enforce our Terms, detect or prevent fraud or security issues, or protect against harm to our rights or the public.
Advertising
Our games use AdMob (provided by Google) to serve advertisements. AdMob may collect and use your device's advertising identifier (such as Google's Advertising ID on Android) to show you personalised ads based on your interests and activity across other apps and services.
You can opt out of personalised advertising at any time through your device settings:
- On Android: Settings → Google → Ads → Delete Advertising ID or opt out of Ads Personalisation
- On iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → disable "Allow Apps to Request to Track"
Opting out does not remove ads from our games. You will still see ads, but they will not be tailored to your interests. For more information, see the AdMob Privacy Policy.
Marketing and Communications
From time to time we may contact you about new games, updates, or promotions, for example via push notifications or email. We will only do this where we have your consent or a legitimate interest to do so.
You can opt out at any time by adjusting your device's notification settings, or by emailing us at tmsngames@gmail.com. Opting out of marketing communications does not affect the delivery of our Services.
Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, or as required by law. In practice:
- Log and crash data is typically retained for up to 12 months
- Contact or support emails are retained for up to 3 years
- Data held by third-party services (e.g. AdMob, Firebase) is subject to their own retention policies
When data is no longer needed, it is securely deleted or anonymised.
International Data Transfers
We are based in India. Our third-party service providers (including Google (AdMob, Firebase, Play Services) and Unity) may process your data on servers located in other countries, including the United States. These countries may have data protection laws that differ from those in your country.
Where data is transferred internationally, we rely on our service providers' own safeguards and compliance frameworks. We encourage you to review their privacy policies for details on how they protect transferred data.
Security
We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information and strive to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete it from our records.
